Camp Hill was forced to cancel their upcoming Memorial Day Parade due to COVID-19.  Because of this, DVSCP will not be holding the Annual Walk of Solidarity this year.

Please check our website and Facebook page for updates on future events.  We apologize for any inconvenience this causes and appreciate all the understanding and support we’ve been given during this unusual time.

Stay safe and healthy!

DVSCP strives to engage men in the fight against domestic violence. Over the past two years, our amazing walkers made a powerful statement for attendees at the Camp Hill Memorial Day parade that violence is not OK. We’re gearing up to return in 2020 and we need your help!

We need you to take action NOW; to lend your visible support to saying no more violence. You have the power to help us stop violent and disrespectful behavior. It’s time for us all to inspire others and model strong, respectful actions for the future.

Historically, the fight against domestic violence has been led by women. We’re entering a new era, and DVSCP is asking men to be an ACTIVE part of the fight. While most men are not violent, most men are silent about violence against women. Silence is not neutral. It allows the status quo to remain in place.

We are inviting males of all ages, young and old, to walk in solidarity against violence through Camp Hill’s 2020 Memorial Day Parade. Walkers will wear an ‘End Domestic Violence’ t-shirt and walk in silence behind a DVSCP banner down Market Street in Camp Hill. Join our walkers from 2019 in making an even bigger statement that the men in our community are ready to join their female counterparts in working to end domestic violence throughout our community.
