DVSCP is offering a new and exciting way to help raise money in support of our free programs and services, all while giving you a chance to win money yourself! Introducing our new PA Daily Pick 4 Lottery Fundraiser!
We’re selling raffle tickets for the PA Daily Pick 4 Evening Lottery from now until Friday, December 15.
Tickets costs $10.00 each and will contain two (2) different four-digit numbers (two chances to win with every ticket!).
The raffle will run from January 1 through March 31, 2024 (91 chances to win!). All checks will be mailed to the winners at the end of each month (January, February, and March).
You’re a winner if one of the four digit numbers on your ticket matches the PA Daily Pick 4 EVENING number! (number must be straight to win).
Daily Winner receives $50.00!
‘Special Day’ Winner receives $100.00!
Special payout days are January 1, January 15, February 14, February 19, and March 17.

Each “tip” will have a number printed on it. After all the “tips” or tickets are sold, the seal is scratched and the winning number is revealed. The tip that matches the number under the seal is the winner.
How to Purchase Raffle Tickets
Purchase ticket(s) online below if you wish to pay by credit card, check or savings account. If you’re purchasing the tickets as a gift, please let us know so we don’t put your name on the stubs. Ticket stubs will be scanned and emailed to the purchaser within 7 business days after purchasing the tickets.
